Sucres de Tirlemont has a high quality range of nibs sugar. Nibs sugar is a pure sugar, available in 6 different calibres (P1-P5). These sugars are characterised by an optimal hardness.

Advantages of P1-P3: in coatings, they resist oven-heat and there's no alteration of whiteness

Advantages of P4-P5: these nibs add volume to pastry, do not disappear completely after cooking and withstand surface-heat well.
