Liquid Sugar

A wide range of sweeteners can be offered to develop and produce your sweetener solution. Some advantage of using liquid sweeteners are the saving of labour costs, saving of filtration and pasteurisation, simple, fast and practical dosing, hygienic and clean processing.

Liquid sugars

A sugar solution (based on beet or cane sugar) is sweet and can be used to replace sugar in a lot of applications. It will save you time and labour costs.

Inverted sugar syrups

When inverting sugar, sucrose will be separated in the components dextrose and fructose. As this new formed molecules are reducing sugars, the acquired product has different properties in your final product compared to sugar or liquid sugar. By example more browning reactions will occur, aW-value will be lowered more (better preservation) and invert sugar can be supplied with a higher dry solid content than liquid sugar. Furthermore the sweetness is slightly higher than the sweetness of (liquid)sugar. The percentage of invert sugar in the total mix can vary between 15% and 95%.

Blends

To make the products even more tailor made, blends of sugar, glucose syrups, and fructose syrups can be offered. In this way we can build for you the perfect sweetening system. All kinds of other ingredients like honey, sorbitol, flavours, colours, acids and more can be added to design your most fitted sweetening solution.

Most products are available with various dry solid content and colour specification.
