Candico Fairtrade cane sugars
In recent years consumers have come to attach increasing importance to Fairtrade products. Candico offers a number of Fairtrade sugars. Below you will find the full range:
White Refined: refined, replaces white sugar in every application, but has no pronounced cane sugar properties.
Standard Raws/Special Raws: unrefined, yellowish brown, typical pleasant cane sugar taste, standard industrial quality if there are no special requirements.
Golden Granulated: unrefined, light golden colour, fine cane sugar aroma, with a mild impact on the colour of your endproduct.
Golden Caster: identical to the previous one, but fine for easy measuring, dissolves very quickly.
Demerara: unrefined, typical reddish brown colour, full cane sugar taste. Ideal for giving your endproduct that authentic dark cane colour (e.g. dark biscuit).
Organic Golden: like Golden Granulated, but guaranteed and strictly controlled organic product.
Rafti Fairtrade cane sugars
The crystalline Fairtrade sugars from Candico are transformed to several Fairtrade liquid (Invert) sugars at Rafti Sugar Solutions. Furthermore a decolourisation process was developed that makes it possible to deliver an organic Fairtrade liquid (invert) sugar with a colour specification of maximum 50 ICUMSA. Some examples:

Liquid Fairtrade sugar available with 67% to 68.5% dry solids.
- Fairtrade Liquid Invert Sugar
A 2/3 inverted sugar syrup at 73% dry solids.

Both Fairtrade as organic liquid sugar available with different colour specifications.

Both Fairtrade as organic 2/3 inverted sugar syrup available with different colour specifications.
